The Anglican Diocese of Waiapu is moving forward with a renewed strategic vision centred on Faith Giving Life—a call to embody the transformative power of faith in our communities. Rooted in the values of Hari (Joy), Aroha (Love), and Rongo (Peace), our strategy is designed to strengthen discipleship, deepen our understanding of whakapapa, explore vocation, and foster meaningful connections across the Diocese. This vision is not just about words on paper but about living out our faith in ways that bring flourishing to individuals, parishes, and the wider community.

As we implement this strategy, we are focusing on clear priorities that will shape our work over the coming years. This includes developing resources for discipleship, equipping leaders, enhancing communication, and creating spaces where faith can thrive. A key part of this journey is listening—ensuring that we hear from parishes, ministry units, and social services about how best to bring this strategy to life.
